OK, I am telling you, I loved this man (well then, boy) since the first day I laid eyes on him. Yes, I was 5... and maybe it wasn't TRUE love at that time.... but there was some definite butterflies in my stomach! So... when I actually did fall in REAL LOVE with him... in 11th grade (before then, it was more of a crush thing) I thought there was no way I could ever love him more than I did when I was watching him walk down the road to his farm, in the sunset, with Pokar his dog, covered in cow poop, in his work boots, wearing jeans and a green t-shirt, in the middle of summer when it was hot and green, and Tim McGraw was playing on my CD Player in the "lude". Yes, this is border line crazy, to have such vivid memories. To love someone that young... only 17. But, this kid was my future husband... and I knew it in my stomach and in my heart.
So, several years later (I'm going to skip over the breakups) we are married and I think again... OK, now I SERIOUSLY know that I cannot love this man more than I do today. Awesomeness is the only word to describe it. Then, the years of infertility passed and we had some hard times in our journey, but he held me when I cried and was mad and hateful and broken hearted and scared and depressed and a mess. I loved him a little bit more. He was always there for me. He put things bluntly and didn't sugar coat it... "we might never have our "own" babies... but that didn't matter" he said. He told me it didn't matter where our babies came from. He told me that even if we adopted that he knew with all his heart that I had a heart that could love that baby no matter what the circumstances were and that's why he married me. OK, REALLY LOVING HIM. Well, we prayed, and prayed, and fasted, and cried, and prayed, and hoped, and fasted, and prayed. And when the LAST month of my fertility medicine was up... we found out we were pregnant. And only a short 9 months later... a Father was born.
Look:

It makes me cry... every time I look at it. This is one of the most sacred and precious moments of my life. Watching my husband turn into a father and stare at his son with such admiration, love, and devotion. It was a VERY VERY tender mercy from the Lord.
This day... I knew, I could never love him more. EVER. My heart was so full... I just couldn't imagine loving him one more little bit. I watched him raise Danzer, he LOVES this little boy more than anything in the world. He would rush home from work, to sneak into his room to stare at him while he slept in his crib. He laid his hand on his chest, for three VERY long nights, to make sure he was breathing when he had RSV. He taught him how to truly OBSESS over a tractor. He took him on so many adventures. Hours and hours of putting pipes together and chasing cows. He showed him how much he loved his wife and his family by spending time with them, especially his Grandpa Jack. He was an amazing dad... right from the start. I was like the Grinch... my heart just got bigger and bigger and bigger from all that love growing inside. It surely couldn't get ANY bigger.
But..... then.... a little girl decided to pop in for a surprise....

The love he has for this little lady is remarkable. He shows her, every day, how much he loves her. He melts with her kisses. He cherishes his time with her. He shows her how a husband really truly loves his wife through example every day.
OK, now REALLY, seriously, I couldn't love him a pinch more. My heart would seriously burst.
Hayden is the best daddy I have ever seen. He loves our kids more than I can try to squeeze out of these dumb English words. There just isn't a word to describe it.
Hayden has given all of us the most sacred gift... the gift of an Eternal Marriage and Family. He will be my husband forever... even when he's old and dies (I tease him that he will die old and wrinkled from just plain being tired from arguing with me ;) I'm a little hard headed. Slightly.) and he isn't here anymore... his role as a Father has not ended... it has only begun. We are sealed together, forever.
Hayden, thanks hon, for asking me. Thanks for seeing something in me that a lot of people (including myself) don't see. Thanks for loving me so much it drives you crazy. Thanks for being such an awesome dad- so fun- so loving- so hilarious- so hard working- so unique and rare. But most of all, thanks, for putting your family first. We love you more and more every.single.day.

It was such an amazing week. I'm still missing them like crazy and the house is eerie quiet. All those little feet running around us was the best sound in our home.
God gave me this sister of mine, and I still wonder why he chose me. I really think she got the short end of the stick in this match up! But still, He gave her to me, and everyone else better BACK OFF cause I am NEVER letting her go. God knew we were too close in Heaven to just be best best friends, so he made us sisters.

Last week, Hayden had an ER conference in Fort Worth so the kids and I tagged along for a little mini-vacation. The kids and I mostly did Christmas shopping and played while Hayden worked. On Sunday, we took the kids to the zoo before heading home. This was our first trip to the zoo with Danzer and Ellys. It was HILARIOUS! Danzer had us giggling the entire time!

I've been dying to see one since we moved here! He was really quite cute! When we finally got home, our kids crashed from a very fun trip! And so did mom and dad ;)

With this VERY STUBBORN 2 year old....

This is just a ENNSY WEENSY look at his spunk (he gets it from his dad ;) )
Today, I officially declare it, War Over The Foods Day.
Danzer Jack is the world's pickiest eater. I know all you mom's out there are rolling your eyes and thinking "what an exaggeration." But I dare ya to ask my husband and family about this child's eating habits. He is 2 years old and eats a diet ONLY consisting of baby food (sweet potatoes and peas), yogurt (only strawberry/banana and lemon), crackers (goldfish, nillas, and cheeze-its) and any form of chocolate he can get his hands on. Occasionally he'll have a fry. Really, that's it.
Now do the math in your head, 2 kids in diapers, 1 baby on formula, 1 toddler on baby food, wipes, and select snacks for toddler (which at our local grocer run about $4.29 a box). Do you want to guess how much that adds up to be in a month? It would scare the pants right off you.
Am I complaining? No. My kids are the GREATEST blessing I have ever received. In fact, I often think to myself "how did I get so lucky? Seriously, these are THE cutest kids in the world!"
But, I can't take it anymore. I used to think it was his ultra sensitive gag reflex, or the fact that he has projectile vomited from day 1. I used to think "well, he's getting lots of veggies so that's good right?" Then people started joking "you're going to have to send him to pre-school with baby food." Then I realized it was his stubbornness since he will eat ANY TEXTURE OR ANY FORM OF FOOD if it comes covered in chocolate. And the fact that he says he doesn't like something when he hasn't even tried it speaks volumes. Did I mention he was stubborn? Sometimes, being a good parent means making really hard decisions on behalf of your kids. So, it's starting. No baby food, no juice or milk unless he tries new food and attempts to eat it. So water, water, water and more water. And of course, fruit and veggies (real stuff, not what comes in the jar). Now, this was recommended by his Dr. mind you.... so it wasn't my idea and I've struggled with making this decision for MONTHS.
Yogurt in the morning, I can do. Baby food the rest of the day. Nope. Not gonna happen any more.

What's kept me going....

First off, I have to say THANK YOU to an amazing husband who has really picked up all the slack for the last few weeks. Hayden, I couldn't have done it without you. And THANK YOU to my awesome sister, mother in law Jacki, and my parents for coming to Texas to nurse me back to health. And lets NOT forget, my dear friends of Junction who pretty much rock! God has sent us here for a reason and now I know why... because I needed to meet all of you and we needed to become great friends! You know who you all are...
And last but not least, THANK YOU to my wonderful son and daughter... who kept this mama smiling every day. Take a look at this pic and you can see why.

I've always been a healthy kid. I've always been thankful for my health... but I didn't truly realize how lucky I was until this last month. When I got back from Utah I told Hayden "I just don't feel right, somethings wrong!" So I went up to my DR and asked her to do a blood panel on me. Come to find out I was severely anemic. I had no idea it could effect you so badly... but I was in a tough place. Within two days of going to the DR I was in bed and couldn't even gather enough energy to crawl out of bed. It was a long process, full of hard decisions. Do I get the blood transfusion or do I wait? After a lot of prayer, I decided I needed to wait and give my body some time. So my family flew down here to the rescue. They took care of my kids and house so I could rest. I really couldn't have done it without them and without my amazing friends. I am SOOOO lucky to have all of them. After a few weeks of resting and very painful iron shots, I'm happy to report that it's significantly up! I have a ways to go, but I am definitely on my way to being the healthy old me. YIPEE! THANK YOU EVERYONE!

Now, I've blogged about the bugs before. But nothing, I mean NOTHING, makes my skin crawl more than a snake! They just freak me out to no end!
We found this lovely thing in our yard a couple days ago. Here is the story:
My good friend Ang was over for a visit. When she stood up to leave, I got up and looked out to her car. For a split second I thought "why is the garden hose wrapped around Ang's tire?" Then, I realized it was a GINORMOUS 3 foot long snake. I squealed and screamed like only a girl could for my dad (my mom and dad are here visiting). My dad came running thinking there was something terribly wrong with the kids.... um no, I just spotted a snake.
So out we all go to kill this beast! I made my dad get a shovel and chop it's head off. Only in fear that it might try to make friends with Danzer in the near future. I felt really bad watching it struggle for life... but, then again, thinking of running into it was more than I could take. So beware all you snakes out there.... come to my house and you will end up like this!

So I seriously LOVE basil! The smell immediatley reminds me of Thailand. So yummy. But I LOVE to cook with basil too. It's so darn hard though to get it at the store and try to keep if fresh for a few days before I use it (I only make it to a major grocery store once every two weeks). I almost die at the price as well. So, my sweet friend Tammy gave me a couple basil plants! Why haven't I done this before? Danzer was so excited to plant it. Anything that involves dirt! OK, so we love Texas. It's awesome. There are two things I'm not particularly fond of... 1. being far from family. 2. the bugs.

Texas bugs are INSANE. Huge. Creepy. Crawling. Make your skin crawl. and EVERYWHERE. And there must be steroids in the soil here because they are HUGE.For example. Here is a baby cricket. Baby. This one is about 1 1/2 inches long. They have the LONGEST legs I have ever seen, pink googly eyes, and antennas that could reach Utah I swear.

This picture is so disappointing because it does NOT represent the true grossness of these bugs and their ginormous size.
Let me tell you a story...
Night before last, I was having a dream about these said bugs. A Gecko jumped out of the pantry at me and it scared me so bad it woke me up. Understandably shaken, I couldn't go back to sleep. As I lay there I can hear a cricket.... SO LOUD... echoing. Great, there is a cricket in our house. So, I get up and go on the prowl. After much circling trying to find where this annoying cricket is calling from, I open the door to find a 3 inch long cricket attached to our screen door! I threw up in my mouth a little.
I run into our bedroom, and wake Hayden. It's 2am. He's thrilled as all get out with me. I tell him about the cricket and he replies "honey, just get it, they aren't that scary!" I beg him, he drags himself out of bed and follows me.
He takes my flip flop, steps outside and swats the LARGE AND IN CHARGE cricket of the door. I tell him to smash it because I don't want that thing alive. So, as he bends down to swat it...

I have never in my life seen a grown man do such a squirmy, scared, jumping all around dance of fear in all my life. And the scream that accompanied this fear dance would put any little girl to shame. I have never laughed so hard in my life.
We laid in bed and laughed about this for over 30 minutes.

Our GINORMOUS Update!

Alright, so life is crazy right? My blog has taken a back seat to our hectic life these last 6 months. I can't think of a busier time in my entire life. We've been through every emotion possible and what an adventure it has been! Most of you who read our blog know all about our spastic life... but I want to document this so I can come back and read it in a year and wonder how we made it! I guess I will start with the beginning... you might want to get a drink or a snack... you could be reading this for a while!
December 2009: Just preparing for all the Christmas festivities and awaiting our exciting trip to Thailand and arrival of our baby girl in April with NO CLUE of what is about to hit us. December 24th, we decide Hayden needs to look for another job.
January 2010: Hayden finds out about a job in Junction Texas and proposes the idea to me.... um no. I'm not moving to Texas but thanks for asking.
January 8, 2010: Hayden flies to Texas just to check out this job. Falls in love with it. Oh my.
January 15, 2010: We fly to Texas together and I find Junction to be charming and so cute. We both feel so good about this move. I have a few spells of lack of oxygen as I realize that we are moving to Texas. Is this really happening?
January 18, 2010: Hayden signs a contract with his new job. We are officially moving to Texas and break the news to our families. WOW is all I can say. We put our house and farm on the market and schedule the moving truck to arrive 4 days after we get home from Thailand.
January 30, 2010: We fly FIRST CLASS (seriously amazing!) across the world to Bangkok Thailand and spend two AWESOME weeks. I was 7 months pregnant and dealt with the heat pretty well. Here are a few pics:

February 14, 2010: I turn 29. Really? We arrive home as excited as a kid on Christmas Eve to see our Danzer man! We drive home to the farm and meet up with my parents. I have to say goodbye to my mom and dad as they leave for Hawaii for a month. Terrible.
February 17,2010: We sell our house and farm. Cash buyer. Seriously God had his hand in this transition!
February 18, 2010: The moving truck arrives. Goodbye farm house and farm. Many tears.
February 21, 2010: We say goodbye to my sister and her family and Hayden's family. One of the hardest days of my life.
February 22, 2010: We pull out of Ferron Utah at 6am. I'm 8 months pregnant. Danzer is 1 1/2 and we road trip it to Denver for a conference. I get to spend time with our cousins. Awesome. They confirm that living far away from family is really hard, but also very rewarding for your marriage. We still feel so at peace with our decision.
February 25, 2010: Still road tripping. We don't make it 20 minutes outside of Denver until both Danzer and I have puked. Yikes. We learn that evening that a dear friend from Thailand has passed away. So sad.
February 26, 2010: We roll into Junction Texas! Feels like home already! We are so excited... until we learn that our moving truck is a week behind us. Hayden threatens death upon the company. And I quote "I am going to kill you!" in which the operator responds "Sir, would you like to call back when you are calm and can talk about this." Not one of his best moments, but we laugh about it now. He has to pull the car over so that I can get out and walk around to take a breather. Seriously having a panic attack. The Best Western becomes our home! It really wasn't too bad.
March 6, 2010: We move into our new house!
March 8, 2010: Hayden starts his new job and I put the house together. Did I mention I'm 8 months pregnant and Danzer is 1 1/2? WOOSH
March 10, 2010: Finally settled. Awaiting our new baby girl's arrival and the visit of my mom and sister
March 31, 2010: Jacki, Tracy, and Uncle Brooks come for a visit! So much fun to have our first visitors. They love Texas!
April 5, 2010: The Behling crew leaves. :(
April 16, 2010: I awake at 4 am with strong gas pains. Said gas pains never subside. An hour later I realize I'm an idiot and said gas pains are CONTRACTIONS! Mom and sister are scheduled to come in 4 days. Really.
April 16, 2010: 5:20pm.... this beauty joins our eternal family:
April 17, 2010: My mom is able to change her flight and comes to save the day! YIPEE!
April 18, 2010: We go home. So nice to take our baby home!
April 20, 2010: My sister flies in. Again, YIPEE!!! Have such an amazing week with my beautiful new princess and my mom and sis.
April 26, 2010: My dad and Ollie arrive in Texas. WOOT WOOT!
April 27, 2010: My sister leaves. I kinda have a meltdown
May 1, 2010: All the family leaves. So sad to see them go. I start to wonder if I can do this staying at home thing by myself with no help.
May 3, 2010: Hayd goes back to work, first day at home. Pretty easy. I can do this!
May 22, 2010: We celebrate our 6 year anniversary and spend our first evening away from both kids and indulge in a wonderful shrimp dinner and some chocolate cake to die for!
June 3, 2010: We put an offer in on a NEW HOUSE! Offer accepted! WOW!

June 28, 2010: Jacki paints the entire new house, I pack and unpack our stuff. It was a very tiring 4 days!
July 3, 2010: Jacki goes home. So sad.
July 4, 2010: We are finally settled. Pics of the new place on the next post!
July 7, 2010: I'm exhausted just thinking about it all. What a ride! Life is so fun and adventurous with my Hayden. Wouldn't want it any other way. All I can say is that God lives, He watches out for us, this is all truly His plan and we couldn't have done it without his comfort and the AMAZING support of our wonderful families. We miss them all more than we can say. But, here we are, and Texas is our new home!

Well, we are buying another house! This home is about double the size of the house we live in now and will be great to accommodate all our company (hint hint). We are going to keep our little cottage home and rent it out. Hayden is going to try to get us moved while I'm in Utah... HALLELUJAH! I'm still exhausted from the last move ;). Finally, we got the beds moved around! We have been meaning to get to this project for weeks but something always comes up. I don't know if I should be happy or sad to see Danzer transition into a big boy bed. But, he LOVES his "copter" bedding and is so excited for his new bed. Although we got Ellys' crib together... I can't part with her just yet. She will sleep next to our bed in her bassinet for another month or so. I love having her close to us.

And, as my favorite quote by Tiffini Davis goes.... "Nursing Sucks!" I thought we had it all figured out. But at a month old, Ellys was not gaining ANY weight. She was still a fragile 6lbs and 2oz. I knew something was wrong. I was spending a full hour nursing her about every 3 hours or so and she wasn't getting enough to eat. So we started supplementing her with a bottle and after only 4 days of supplementing her, she gained an entire pound. After a SECOND consultation with the lactation specialist... she suggested pumping in between feedings. OK, so really, nurse for an hour, supplement with a bottle (which takes about 20 min), then pump? For any of you that have a 1 1/2 yr old roaming around and a newborn... you know this is entirely impossible task to do every three hours. So, we gave up. I feel relieved, sad, mad at myself, disappointed, but at peace all at the same time. I can't believe I endured an entire month of nursing with fissures (cracks that are extremely deep and completely busted open). It was THE MOST PAINFUL thing I have EVER endured. Seriously. Worse than contractions. At our first consultations with the lactation specialist the lady gasped when she saw them and said "oh my honey!" I think she was a little taken back at how bad it was. And to top it off... Ellys has thrush now which was passed to me. So, I finally called it quits. I think Hayden is somewhat relieved. He was at his whits end watching be bawl, cringe, cry, gasp, and scream every time I nursed. I am so HAPPY that Ellys is doing better and gaining weight. I feel like a crappy mother for not noticing it sooner... but this isn't going to be the last mistake I make as a mom. So here we go, rip out all the bottles again, and get ready to pay up the yang for formula. But if it makes us all a happy family in the end... it will be worth every penny. Tiffini, thank you for putting the experience of nursing in perfect terms!

Well, first of all.... thank you dear hubby for those sweet words. You will never know how flattering that was! Now, when I have a bad day and question my abilities as a mama... I can go back and read what you have written and make myself feel all better. You are an amazing dad and husband. But I will post more about that later!
So today was Ellys' first trip to her Savior's church! She was so stinkin adorable in her cute pink dress (thank you Tammy!). I had to document this occasion because I just couldn't resist!

And how could you resist this face? This kid is seriously killing us lately! He says the FUNNIEST things and is so amazingly smart. I just can't believe how much he is growing up. He is an AWESOME big brother and adores Ellys. They are just the two cutest kids in the world if I do say so myself ;)

We are getting so excited for our trip to Utah! 3 weeks from today! We can't wait to see our families and friends!! Woooo Hooo!

My kids are so lucky to have Kelly as their mama. I am amazed each day as I watch her lovingly care for their every need (and most of mine too). No matter what happens during the day, she just oozes love for these kids and I am so thankful for that. She has made the transition from my sugar mama/career woman while I was in school to our babies' mama so beautifully. I KNOW it's no easy job to be home with the little ones all day every day. I do not show my gratitude enough. I thank the Lord that I found a lady who does it so willingly and well. You should see the way Danzer looks at his mom; it melts my heart. When he drives his bike off the porch or falls out of the dining room window onto the patio below (yes, both have really happened while I was watching him) mom's hugs are all it takes to make it all better (for some reason mine just don't quite cut it). Our kids will be blessed for their entire lives because of the things they learn from spending their days at home with their wonderful, beautiful, amazing mom.

Most of you will find these pictures boring... but these are for our fams back in Utah that have been here to visit... we wanted to show you all the updates that my sister and parents did while they were here. Seriously.... a girl COULD NOT ASK for a better family. Thank you thank you for all your help!

My sister made these awesome tissue paper balls (eat your heart out Martha!) for baby Ellys. Her crib will go here soon...

The new light fixture in the bathroom. It was a chandelier and every time I would blow dry my hair my hands and round brush would smack into it. Apparently the previous owners were not 6 feet tall ;)

My mom and dad hung these curtains to block off the washer and dryer and hot water heater. Major improvement!

Ok seriously... my mom never ceases to amaze me. When we bought the house they had these ratty wooden stick like blinds in the windows that made the room so dark. She custom made these roman shades because the windows were so oddly sized. Then she hung my window treatments for me. Way to go ya ya!

We got a new book shelf and hung our Thai lotus picture. Yes, the picture frames are empty... I'm working on that. The lotus flower picture is made with real lotus flowers and then are hand painted. We shipped it home from Thailand.

My mom put this flower arrangement together for me. Once again, GO YA YA!

Yes, this is a picture of my kitchen sink. Gross to you probably. But HELLO... it now has a disposal. Poppies... you rock! One does not truly appreciate the beautiful hum of a disposal until they have lived without one!

My mom and dad also installed new track lights in the kitchen. The old ones had light bulbs that they don't make anymore. But these new ones are so much brighter and bring a special glow to our kitchen. Ha ha!

OK, you can only truly appreciate this if you had the chance to witness the DISASTER that used to reside in this closet. My mom spent a good 3 hours cleaning it out and organizing it. Say it with me folks... "GO YA YA!"

And I organized this closet. Go me!

And last but not least... Hayden painted our front door on Saturday. It used to be this ugly peach color (notice the screen door). We are going to paint the screen door the same color. Hayden also painted all the shutters on the house black. As soon as the screen door gets painted I will take pics of the outside of the house and post them.

I thought that I would call her Elle for short... but I just end up calling her "sissy" all the time. She is so so sweet. This is her today rockin' out to oldies rock (in honor of poppies) and helping mom bake cookies....

It was so hard to say goodbye to my mom, dad, and Grandma Ollie yesterday. Our house feels empty. Reality is setting in. It's wonderful to have two babies and I love them both more than I can ever describe. I hope I can be a great mom with only two hands. Just take it one day at a time right? I wouldn't rather be any place in the WORLD than right here, in my home, with these ADORABLE kiddos!

It has been SO AWESOME to have my mom and sister here. My sister has taken on MANY projects and blinging out my baby girl. I LOVE IT! She is showing me the ropes on how to raise a little fashionista! Here are some bows her and my mom made for Ellys:

But I'm also heartbroken because my sister goes back home tomorrow. It has been so awesome to have her here in our home. She has helped me oodles and oodles and I don't think I can thank her enough. I am going to be so homesick for her when she leaves. Love you Aunt Kris!

Here she is! Meet baby Ellys Anne Behling (pronounced like Ellis Island)! She is SOOOOO adorable and such a GREAT baby! She only fusses when she is hungry and loves to be snuggled. She is such an amazing blessing in our lives! I cannot express how much I already love this little beauty!

I had to throw in a pic of Danzer. He is just too cute! He LOVES "baby sissy!" soooo much and always wants to love her and give her kisses. It is ABSOLUTELY the cutest thing I have ever seen!

Here we are together just seconds after being born. She is amazing!

We finally decided on a name when we left the hospital on Sunday. Unga (grandma Jacki) came up with the name. We spelled it like KELLY but without the K and adding the S. Her middle name Anne is after my mom and my sister. Both of their middle names are Anne. We were supposed to be induced on Tuesday the 20th but she decided to make her appearance a little early! After getting up at 4 in the morning and thinking I was having some seriously strong gas pains.... I started timing these said gas pains and realized they were 7 minutes apart! Um, HELLO, you are in labor Kelly! We got showered and cleaned up and headed to the hospital. At 11am they checked me and I was dilated to a 3. I labored all day and at 4pm I got an epidural and they checked me again. I was only dilated to a 4. I had gone 1cm in 5 hours. I was so discouraged. The doctor came to break my water and it broke on its own right in front of her. After the dr left, they checked me again and I went from 4cm to 8cm in 20 minutes! They called my Dr. to come back and by 5pm I was fully dilated and started to push. She was born at 5:22pm. She has the most beautiful big lips, gorgeous eyes, and is so dainty and petite. We just LOVE her. She is so so so sweet! We are so grateful to Heavenly Father for her. She is an immense blessing in our lives! Love you baby Ellys!

The Easter Bunny found us in Texas!

Every year we go camping on the desert for Easter. So I was a little nervous that the Easter Bunny wouldn't find us this year... but he found us in Texas ;)! While we were eating breakfast, Danzer escaped out the back door and cam back with this...

Here we all are watching him hunt for eggs!

He got a basket FULL of new shoes, clothes, a Elmo potty training video, candy, bubble gun, and a swimsuit. But of course, he was the most excited about his new shovel set to play around in the sand with ;)

"Uncle Brooksy" finally rolled out of bed to join us ;)

That afternoon, it was so beautiful that grandpa got the hose out and sprayed off our back patio. It wasn't long before Danzer was playing in the water. He was soaked from head to toe and loved playing in the water in his wheel barrow.

Before Danzer and I dropped Grandpa, "Unga" (grandma), and Uncle Brooks off at the airport... we stopped into the Cheesecake Factory for some lunch.

Danzer had so much fun during their visit that he was PASSED OUT! What a perfect goodbye present for Unga. A long snuggle. I LOVE this picture!

Danzer called out for "Unga" for a half hour after we dropped them off and I just cried. It was SO fun to have them! They loved Junction and we hope they will be back SOON to visit! We love you guys!

While the Behlings were here, the boys all went wild pig hunting. Not really hunting... just sitting ;). They drove right up to the deer blind... tripped the corn feeder... and waited for the pigs to come to them. Tracy shot one of Saturday and Brooks got on on Monday. Good hunting boys!

We've been having so much fun having the Behlings here. They LOVE Junction and think it's such a cozy little town. I will fight and argue until I'm blue in the face that I have THE BEST in-laws in the world. Jacki spent her entire first day painting trim in our living room and Tracy and Brooks spent their day pimping out Hayden's new ride. It has been so awesome to have them in our home and to watch Danzer. He is on cloud 9 and won't let them out of his sight. So cute! Ya'll get down here and see us!

Baby Updates!

So Danzer and I both had Dr appointments today. Here are our stats:

Danzer Jack:
18 months
50th % for Weight
95th % for Height (wonder where he gets that from! Now I have 2 pieces of genetic evidence that I carried that child!)
Got two shots.... but was really tough!
Totally healthy
Giggles at the Dr when she listens to his heart and plays around with his legs
Dr says he is very healthy, speaks and interacts beyond his age
Pretty much, he's a genius... but we knew that!

Kelly Leslie:
Cervix is totally softened (sorry for any males out there reading this)
40-50% effaced
Not dilated
Leg is still throbbing and shooting pain
Is really uncomfortable
Can't breath real easily
Is being tough and truckin' along

So, there you have it. I see the Dr. again next Wednesday. Keeping my legs crossed until my mom and sister get here on the 20th! Then, induction will begin on the eve of the 20th if she hasn't made her appearance by then. Names considered: Ellys, Hadley, Harley, Chloe, Klara, Claire. Any suggestions??

Our New Home Town!

So for Family Home Evening tonight we had a short little lesson (Danzer of course sat quietly with his arms folded... YEA RIGHT!) and then took off in Hayd's new ride to take pics of our new home town. Here are lots of pics with some explanation. Although... some things... I just can't explain ;)

This picture is for my sis. Only she can truly appreciate it. This is parked right across the street from our house. Every time I go outside I see it and think of her. It's 1 of the 500 times I think of her and her family a day ;)

FINALLY!! A shred of evidence that I actually carried this child for 9 months, labored, and gave birth to him! Danzer's hair is soooo curly! It's so cute when we put gel in it and let it go. Here are a couple cute pics of his curls galore!

Momma made chocolate chip cookies last week and after repeated begging by Danzer "momma, cookie? cookie? peas (please)? peas?" We gave in. We stripped him down and let him go to town! Only a bath could clean up this kid! I think he liked it!

Last week we were so lucky to have the Sister Missionaries come and have dinner with us. They were so adorable and I just love these girls! So sweet. Danzer quite liked them too!

You wanna know what Sister Missionaries drive in Texas? A truck!!! Yup! We got the biggest kick out of it! So awesome!

Speaking of trucks... Hayden got a new baby. No, our daughter hasn't come yet... but he thinks he has died and gone to heaven. Wow, I have never seen someone so excited over a new truck! Pics will be posted soon.... I'm pretty sure he will have to go wash is again tonight ;)

Ok... so this has taken forever! But, I wanted to get the house all decorated and cleaned and then post pics. Here is our cute little house in Junction. We really love it here. Reality is starting to set in and I find myself getting a little more homesick for our families as each day comes. I can't wait until my in laws come at the end of the month and my family in April! Don't Mess With Texas!

Well, we've decided to mess with it a little. A lot actually. If you are reading this standing up (which I highly doubt you are because who stands up while using a computer?) then sit down.

We are moving to Texas. Yes sir. Moving.

Hayden found an amazing opportunity in a small cute little town called Junction, Texas. It reminds us of a lot of Emery County.... but everyone there has a southern drawl (which I look forward to picking up ;) ). He will be working for the town clinic and emergency room. Really, it's his dream job. Something packing a challenge and if any of you out there know Hayden at all, you know he needs a constant challenge.
After many prayers, many sleepless nights (those still aren't over as I am typing this at 3:24am), and with much excitement, we made our decision Sunday that this was the right move for us. We of course are heartbroken to leave our families and I really can't think about saying goodbye or else I have a complete meltdown (a few people in the Walmart parking lot can attest to this as I cried in my car for over 20 minutes today). But, Hayden and I have the most calm and peaceful feeling in our hearts about this transition. We know it's going to be wonderful for our little family and it's what our Father in Heaven wants us to do.

Let me tell you a little bit about the town (this section is to motivate visitors, especially our families!). The population is around 2600 people. It's full of rolling hills which are covered in mostly cedar trees (it smells heavenly). The weather is a lot like St. George but a bit more humid. The people there are hands down the nicest people I have ever met. Everyone wants to know who you are, where you are from, what brought you to town, how long you are going to stay, and the questions just go on. They are so hospitable and make you feel like you've been a member of Junction your entire life. It's an older town mostly developed in the 70s so trying to find a newer or updated home has been a challenge... but hopefully we have found one. They are AVID hunters. I thought Emery County was a little over board on hunting... but this place is INSANE! When it's white tail hunting season you can't get a hotel room in town.
And let me tell you about the BBQ. OH MY HECK. So delicious. The people there are very down to earth. Now with every small town... there are the politics and conflicts... but it's to be expected. All the young children there say "yes sir" or "yes ma'am." You should see the sheriff's getup. Just like the movies... cowboy boots, starched wranglers, shiny coat with very LARGE print of SHERIFF all over it, a round silver badge with a star in the middle, cowboy hat, and lets not forget the GINORMOUS pistols on each side of their hips. I just about died. Men there take off their hats when greeting a lady and such a fuss is made over a newcomer. It was really quite heart warming.While there we met three amazing families. I'm not going to mention names as I'm sure they don't want them published on my blog... but let me tell you, it has been so comforting to have met them while down there visiting. We feel like we already have some close friends that will help us bloom when we move there.

We have decided this fresh new start is just what we need. So, if you see me and I'm bawling, really... I am truly happy. We will be moving at the end of February as Hayden starts his new job on March 1st. It's all happened so fast and our heads won't quit spinning. But we can't wait for our new adventure.

To our families: Thank You, from the bottom of our hearts, for all your support. We feel terrible to cause such sadness; but know that we are always just a phone call, a short plane ride, or 2 day drive away (if I were you I would opt for the first traveling option). I plan to be coming home with the baby (soon to be babies) every 3-4 months and staying for a few weeks. We love you guys more than we can express and its so hard to find the right words to describe how much we will miss you. You will be on our minds every single day (I can't wait to see our cell phone bill!). WE COULDN'T HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUT YOU!!

Vacation Baby!

So you might think we are crazy with a baby on the way... but we've decided to take a much needed vacation to THAILAND!! We leave January 30th and are going for 2 weeks! We had some saved up frequent flyer miles that are going to expire soon so we thought we better use them before our new one arrives. How many times in your life do you have the chance to fly business class to Thailand for free? We can't wait to see our dear friends and one of the most beautiful places on earth! I'm particularly looking forward to our 5 days in Phuket of sun bathing and laying on the most gorgeous beaches in the world. Yes, I will be sporting a nice belly in my maternity swimsuit at that time... but hey, nobody knows me so I really don't care!

It's official. We are having a GIRL! We had our ultrasound the day after Thanksgiving and everything looks healthy and good. She is a firecracker already and was jumping all over the place. We can't wait to hold her in our arms! We've decided that Danzer might be doomed to a life of princesses with 4 girl cousins and a little sister. He has already learned to say "Rella!" as in Cinderella from his cousin Kaicee. But I've decided he can just be the big protector of them all! We are so excited!

And today, he officially retired! I am so stinkin' happy for him and my mom. This is a huge step in their lives. It's also weird... that my parents are at this stage of life. They seem much too young. My dad has worked for Utah Power for 40-ish years. Something that is unheard of these days. He started there in his early 20's and has worked hard every single days since then. Although my dad probably doesn't realize it... he has taught me a lot about work ethics. He taught me to work hard at every job, to do it right, the first time (if possible), even if no one is watching... and to take pride in a job well done. I'm very very appreciative to him for this example. Of course, this is just one tiny reason why I look up to him. There is a whole universe of reasons to look up to this man. But this blog is much too small to house them all. So I will end with a CONGRATS dad! You did it! Now you kick your feet up and relax! (that is, unless we need help on the farm ;) ). LOVE YOU!

Today, I worked outside with Hayden on our massive farm sprinkler project, in 35 degree weather, in the Emery County wind (which makes it feel like 20 degrees), for several hours, and all the while... pregnant with nausea and dry heaves. Yes, I deserve a reward for sure. The hubs might be running to Huntington for some ice cream ;). Ha ha. This might tell you how motivated I am to get this stinkin' project complete!

A trip to the city!

Last week, my mom and I ventured to the city to visit my sister and her family. Seriously, nothing gets me more excited than knowing I'm going to see her beautiful face and have her three princesses around me. Her husband is a serious catch and I love being with him as well. We are truly blessed! Of course, my nieces adore me... as I am their favorite Aunt ;). Just ask them, they will tell you! We were able to just hang out and eat yummy food. We also got to spend time with my Grandma Ollie who is a serious firecracker. She is one awesome grandma.
I had two VERY memorable experiences while I was there. Although Pai's birthday was in June... I finally took her out on her birthday date. Yes, slacker Aunt. I never forgot... we just were always so busy on all our previous trips. Anywho, Pai wanted to go out for Chinese so... Chinese it was! She entertained me with lots of laughs and hysterical comments which were true Paityn style. She is one in a million.
My sister and I were able to attend the temple together. Our Grandma Helen had asked us to do her temple work before she passed away. So, we spent time together in the most peaceful and amazing place in the world... with grandma present. The spirit was VERY strong and I felt just as if she was sitting beside us. I know she was. I will never forget that experience and look forward to when my sister and I can return again together to finish up her work.
We ran our kids all over... and of course... they were exhausted. (see below)

I can't wait to go back and visit again SOON! From the very SECOND I leave I get so sad and homesick for them. I miss them EVERY day and wish I could see them more often. They make my heart so happy. One of the best things to witness is Roo and Danzer together. They are true buddies. Loving, kissing, and hugging each other. It's the cutest thing in the world. My two oldest nieces also adore Danzer and it seriously melts my heart. I think my sister and Tanner think he's pretty awesome too ;). I just can't believe sometimes that I am so lucky to have a family like this. I am truly, truly blessed!

Today, is Danzer's first birthday! I've been weepy ALL day long and have cried more than once. It was a wonderful day. Not filled with a lot of fuss, just spending time with my little man. I've been reflecting all day of the past year and what an immense blessing Danzer has been in our family. Words cannot describe the overwhelming feelings of love, adoration, and pure happiness he has brought into my life. I never knew that such a small little person could bring so much love. He is not only one of the happiest babies I've ever seen, but his personality is so amazing. He loves everyone, even a complete stranger... he will raise his hand and say "Hi!" and wave. I understand now the enormous amount of love that a mother can have for her son. I've watched a man turn into an amazing, wonderful, and dear father. Nothing touches my heart more to see how much Danzer adores and loves his daddy. I am extremely grateful to my Heavenly Father for Danzer. It is a blessing beyond this world. He is straight from Heaven. I know, with all my heart, that Danzer lived with us before this life, and that we will be together for eternity after this life. How incredibly grateful I am for this immense blessing. I will be with this sweet boy forever. Mothering has been more than I had ever anticipated. More wonderful than I ever thought possible. More challenging than I ever dreamed. And more sacred than I ever imagined. For this, I am eternally grateful. Danzer Jack, your mommy and daddy love you more than you will EVER know. We are always here for you.... to laugh with you... to lift you up when you are sad.... and to be your biggest fans! You rock bubba! Happy Birthday!

Hayden and I took a much needed getaway last weekend/week to Vegas. No pics... sorry. What did we do, you might ask. Um, NOTHING. Laid by the pool, napped, and watched movies. It was the much needed rest I had been seeking for a while. But I missed Danzer more than I thought I ever would. It was so great to see him and be home! One more month and he will be one. Ok, so I don't know what my prob is.... but I am getting terrible at this blogging thing. I took my camera out of my diaper bag a couple months ago and have never put it back in and therefore... i have TOTALLY SLACKED on blogging. I'm dedicating myself to it because, well frankly, Hayden won't get off my case about it :). He used to RAZZ me and tease the CRAP out of me for blogging and now he is constantly complaining about my lack on interest. But, I've been looking back, and i love the fact that we have a family "journal" so I'm getting back into it. The camera is in the diaper bag.... so prepare yourself people. I'm having a blogging revival!

So, what's been going on with us? Not a lot. Except... my proudest moment, I bailed hay... a couple weeks ago.... ALL BY MYSELF. Yes, you are needing proof right? Well, we were clear out in the fields and didn't have the camera. But dang it, next time I do it, I am getting proof. I was really proud of myself. This farm thing is actually kinda fun. Most of the time :).

Danzer is 10 months and a FIREBALL. He went from being this content, chill, relaxed baby to a toddler that needs constant entertainment. It doesn't help that he REFUSES to crawl. He wants to motate so badly... but just can't. When we put him on his belly, he just yells and fusses. He LOVES to walk around... but I can only hold onto his hands and walk him around so much in a day! Thank goodness for his "pink Cadillac" a hammy-down from cousin Kaicee. He cruises around in that sucker!

Our Spring was great with warm weather and a visit from the Brackus crew. It was awesome! We loved having them and can't wait until they come back!

So far, our summer has been, well, lame. We took one short camping trip (you all know how that went). We haven't really done anything fun. We are really looking forward to our Lake Powell trip with my parents and Kristin and her family over Labor Day. Our good family friends the Wiscombe's are coming and I REALLY REALLY hope their kids come too. I miss the days of Lake Powell-ing with Clint and Cass. I just down right miss Lake Powell. It's water is in my blood and it will FOREVER be my favorite place on earth.

Hayden is doing great. Work is good. We were going to move to California this month for a residency program but it fell through. Don't ask us about it, we are kinda bitter and bummed. But also feel like it wasn't meant to be. And everyday I can't help but think, "man, I'm glad we didn't have to move!"

Our families are doing great. Ya Ya and Pop Pop and Grammie and Grampie are loving having us close. We often take trips to Ferron to visit. I wish we lived there :).

I just received a new calling in church about a month ago. I've been called as 2nd counselor in the Primary Presidency. Thank you Heavenly Father! I LOVE primary. Previously, I was a teacher of the 7-8 year olds and when they called me for an interview, I was SOOOO sad because I didn't want to leave the primary. Luckily, I got to stay! I have been in primary for almost 5 years straight now. I love it!

I can't believe all the cute tricks he can do now.... including, waving goodby, when you say "so big" he puts his hands up in the air, clicking his tongue, when you ask "what does the cow say" he replies "moooo", and much more! Camping: OH BOTHER!

Well, I'm sad to inform you that our first camping trip was a total DISASTER! I worked so dang hard too! Three days of shopping, packing, cleaning.... all to get up to the stupid mountain to have a baby cry all through the night, factor in puking, thrashing, whimpering, diarrhea, fever, and crankiness. What does that add up to? A camping trip that lasted less about 20 hours. We had to turn around, pack everything back up, drive all the way home, clean the camper, unload, and nurse our sick babe back to health. We felt SO bad for him. I hadn't seen him that sad and miserable since his brush with RSV at 3 months. Anyway, he is doing much better now. Here's hoping that our next camping trip is a little more successful, and a little longer for pete's sake! Here are just a couple pics we got in our short trip...

YEAHHH!!! My sister and her girls are down for Easter! I am SOOO excited about it! They even get to sleep at my house this trip and it's so much fun! I love having them here in my home so I can snuggle with them, cook for them, give them hot chocolate :), candy :), and LOTS of love! I was so shocked when Raegan came into the house. Kristin put her down and off she went, walking ALL over the place! CRAZY! She is sooo big! The girls are just beautiful and so much fun! Danzer LOVES to stare at them! Today is a very SAD and hard day. Lola went to her new family. My friend Steph and her two boys took her in... and I know they will be a wonderful family for her. Steph- thank you SO MUCH! We are SOOOOO excited that Spring is here! Danzer hasn't been able to spend any time outside since he was born in September and it's been way to cold! But today, we hung outside while dad raked some tree limbs. I wasn't sure what to do about the sun, and then remembered that I had some really cute hats! So we tried it on and he is STINKIN' adorable in hats! It kept his eyes shaded perfectly! And he didn't even try to take it off! Love this bug!

He's A Half-Year Old!

OK, is it just me or has time flown?? Today, Danzer is 6 months old! I can't even believe my baby is a half-year already. Seems like yesterday we brought him home from the hospital. Our lives have been so WONDERFUL and AMAZING since he's joined our family. I find myself asking all the time... "what did I do without him?" He's given me a new purpose for life. Not that my life didn't have purpose before... but you just come to appreciate so many small things in life. Like the sound of a giggle... a little smile... a snuggle... and even a cry for his mommy or daddy. He is the BEST baby. He's so easy and soooo happy. Danzer, we LOVE you! Happy half birthday buddy!

I can't tell you how many times I get this question. So, I decided to explain it to you all. Our last name is Behling as you all know. No, NOT BAILEY, BEHLING. I got used to having to spell my last name the first day I was married. I thought it was pretty common, but everyone thinks you are saying Bailey. Anywho... so when Brooks was in High School we once followed him up to a rodeo in Tremonton. Where they wrongly pronounced "And up next is Brooks Bling from Emery High School" it was HILARIOUS and we laughed for ever. Then, when Hayden was in Grad School for some reason, they started calling him Blingy, short for Behling, and it must be because he is so flashy and all :). Then, when we bought our vast estate down here in Elmo, these same friends started calling it Blingy-Ville. Our own little town right here in Elmo. Anyway, so that's the story of Blingy-Ville. I REALLY want to get one of those ranch gate entrance things to our house, you know, they usually have the family's last name and a cow skull? Well, I want to get one with BLINGY-VILLE on it with lots of sparklies. Ha ha, I don't think Hayden will go for it :) Oh well, a girl can dream.

How addicted I am to the internet! We haven't had the internet for a couple days and I feel like I've lost my cell phone or something! It's insane! How did I become so dependent on this stupid computer? Well, I am.... and I am SOOO glad to have it back!
We really haven't been up to much. Just the same ol' same ol'. Madison is home for the entire week for Spring Break and we couldn't be happier to see her! She's adorable! In fact, I'm baking her treats right now... in hopes that she will be lured home more often by my baking capabilities. I guess I shouldn't hold my breath:). Here are just a few cute pictures from me and my sister's birthday weekend. These kids are so cute! I love the first one of Lauren giggling so hard... I can just hear her laughing in my head. She has such a contagious laugh!

Here is Ollie teaching Lauren to knit! She picked it up in no time! When she got home, Ollie got her some knitting needles her size and she is going like crazy! She's so smart I tell ya!

We gave the cereal thing another shot since Danzer is not 5 MONTHS OLD!!! (I can't believe it!) and this time, no gagging! He loves it! Although he still pulls funny faces... I can tell he likes it much better! He's SO big! I hate it... and love it ;)

how tall are each of you? I'm a whopping 5'11" and he's 5'10". You'd think I would hate this, but no, I don't. I'm large, in charge, and I like it!

whose siblings do/did you see the most? Mine. Mostly because I can't get enough of my sister and her adorable babies. I wish Daine and Steph lived closer so we could see them, and basically, Brooks doesn't claim us ;)

what about pets? Lolers... we can't seem to give her away just yet. We just can't do it. We are going to... we just need time

did you go to the same school? Sure did. We graduated from the E-shizzle together (Emery High)

are you from the same hometown? Yea, we lived about 1 mile form each other. We are both lazy so we just married the kid next door

who is the smartest? Well, since I have an Associates and Cosmetology degree and he has his Masters I would definitely say me. HA!

where do you eat out most as a couple? Good old Groggs, best beer in town ;)

where is the furthest you two have traveled together as a couple? Thailand... it was romantic, hot, and AMAZING! Best place on earth I'd say!

who does/did the cooking? Me! Unless Hayd makes Thai food. You should watch him cook. He's got talent!

who is more social? Are you kidding me? Me for sure. Hayden HATES to make small talk

who is the neat-freak? I am. Ever since the baby... my house has to be in order or else I can't sleep. It's so friggin' wierd!

who hogs the bed? Neither. We are pretty good at keeping to our own quarters... except sometimes I hog the covers when I'm cold.

who wakes up earlier? Depends. If Danzer sleeps past Hayden... I get to sleep in. But if my puddin decides he wants to rise and shine a little earlier... than I do

how do you spend the holidays? We make it even stevens between both fams. They are GREAT!

how long did it take to get serious? ALL OUR FRIGGIN' lives! Finally Hayden got the big picture and realized what an amazing catch I am. HA

who does the dishes? He does. I cook, he cleans. It's a great deal!

who’s better with the computer? Me. I have impressive spreadsheet skills from working at Mazuma. Hayden has serious spreadsheet issues. One time, he didn't do the formulas right and overpaid our bills by about 500 bucks. Let me tell you, that was a FUN two weeks! Wowza! I always check out his calculations before he pays bills. Then he got called as Ward Clerk. I think the Lord is telling him something here!

who drives when you are together? Depends. I like to drive, so we switch off

who kissed who first? He kissed me. After 20 long years of waiting, finally, he did it. Now that's patience ladies!

What is it about hooded bath towels that make them so darn adorable? Well, he is so darn adorable no matter what he's wearing... but this just kills me! Such a little puddin'! And... it's official, after a month of his poor gums being swollen, he FINALLY popped out his first tooth on February 15th which is also very AWESOME because it's my sister's birthday! I thought for SURE he would get his fang tooth first because those ones have been bulging out and sore forever... but he surprised us both... he got his bottom front tooth! It's SO CUTE! We love you Danzer Jack!

Fundraiser for Lauren Avery!

Hey all you Emery County locals! My sweet niece Lauren is doing a fundraiser for her competitive dance team at Rhythm Works Dance Studio. They are selling pizzas from Ligori's Pizza in Layton. Ligori's will make fresh, unbaked pizzas and will freeze them and are made to order. They are 12" and only $7.50 for ANY number of toppings! It's a great deal! To make this easy on you, I will come and collect the money from your house and deliver the pizza to your front door when they are ready! It can't get any easier than that! All orders must be placed by the 17th and all money will be due by the morning of the 20th. Karson goes up for another awesome basket...

This is Karson, my cousin (well, through marriage). He's pretty awesome. I think he gets all his awesomeness from hanging out with me. This kid is talented! We've been able to watch a lot of his games this year being back in EC. WE LOVE IT! The spartans are in 1st place right now, they are rockin' their mad skills and showin' the rest of the state who's boss. I'm sure if you asked Karson where he gets his mad skills he would tell you that I taught him everything he knows. I'm just sure. The last game we went to was against a new school Salem Hills. It was a NAIL BITTER! I was in a pure sweat and I'm not even kidding. But of course, Karson came through as usual with amazing defense, awesome baskets, and some major A%$ kicking! Way to go bud! Can't wait till state!

Growing So Big!

Danzer is growing up so fast! I hate it! But I love it too! He's recently discovered his toes! He loves them! Now, after baths, I just cover him up a little bit so he doesn't pee all over and let him play with his toes. He LOVES it! He squeals and talks to them. It's so funny!

He's also growing lots of hair! I love to get the gel out every morning and style it. Poor kid, I will be styling his hair the rest of his life. I can't help it! Isn't he so cute?!?!
I can't believe that he's almost 5 months old. He takes afternoon naps now and is ready for bed at 7:30. It's kind of nice that he's on a schedule now. Before, he would just take cat naps all day long and stay up until 9 or 10 which I really liked. But he's growing up and is liking the schedule thing. We decided to put rice cereal off for another month. He was gagging so much I just couldn't do it. After some great advice, I realized that if he doesn't start right at 4 months... it will be OK. He's just so fun!

Lola, Lolers, Lola-kins, Sis

I won't make it through this post with out crying. OK, already... the tears are welling in my eyes. Those of you who know me, know that we ADORE our Lola. She's our first dog. We got her when Hayden was starting all of his rotations and would be gone for long periods of time. I needed a companion and friend. Well, Lola was not only that, she was my baby. She has become part of our family. Even our parents love her. Lola, from day 1, has let us know that she thinks she's the boss. Although I found this endearing and cute... it's become a problem since Danzer was born. At first, she just ignored him... but now that he's getting older... she thinks he's part of our pack. Well, I guess last week Lola snapped at my niece Raegan and I knew we might be in trouble. Then, on Sunday, Lola was sitting next to Danzer on the couch and Danzer got his little fingers twirled up in her tail and must have pulled. When I walked around the corner I saw Lola turn sharply to defend herself. I yelled at her quickly and swatted her bum. She didn't bite him... but she was about to. I can't blame her... she was just doing what comes naturally to her. But, we can't risk that with Danzer around the house. So, we are currently trying to find her a new home. I've been so upset and sick to my stomach. We have a couple really amazing older couples that are looking into her. She is great with older kids and adults... but not with babies and toddlers. I really feel like we are giving away a child. This is by far... the hardest thing I've had to do thus far. But, I absolutely refuse to let her go to just anyone... so we are making sure these couples know everything about her and will take immaculate care of her.
Lola, we love you, we will MISS you more than you will ever know!
